The Quantal Roofing System makes it easier to create and install large and complex conservatories. With their new Widespan glazing bars you can do the same with lean-tos. Widespan allows you to create larger lean-tos suitable for commercial applications without needing portal frames, purlins or bolster bars. So it is faster to install and creates a cleaner and simpler finished installation. Widespan increases spans by up to 25% so you can build projections of 4.25 metres with 700mm centres for glass roofs, or up to 5.25 metres with polycarbonate roofs without using portal frames, purlins or bolster bars. It can withstand snow loading up to 1.0KN/m3, which is enough to cope with the most severe weather in Britain.

RotaFit (Super 6)
Rotafit makes Quantal more durable and faster to fit. Rotafit is a true engineered solution with a Patented twist-and-lock action. It allows installers to complete this process with fewer components and achieve a more durable finish. Rotafit's cast-tempered aluminium section has achieved 8 tonne stress loading and 4 tonne pull testing. It is a simple, innovative solution that dramatically cuts installation, improves installation accuracy and makes weathersealing less reliant on silicon.

Jack Rafter (Super 6)
Our Patented Jack Rafter system means less time on site and improved weather tightness. Precise factory-fabricated sections speed up installation time by creating positive location for all fixings and using fewer components. The Hip Bar is glazed with a square bead to provide a precise platform for the Jack Rafter capping to butt up to.

TwinFast (Super 6)
TwinFast is a quick and simple fixing solution for glazing bars that provides positive location every time. Glazing bars simply slide into place and TwinFast's inbuilt spacer creates the perfect glazing plane.

UniEaves (Super 6)
UniEaves is a one-piece eaves beam that reduces installation time. It supports variable pitches between 22O and 30O. UniEaves has been engineered for correct load position and requires no mechanical fixings, which simplifies installation and saves time on site.

Ridge Options (Super 6)
UniRidge is a one-product solution to countless design challenges. It follows the same principles as UniEaves - no mechanical fixings are required, it suits pitches between 22O and 30O and accepts 16mm, 24mm DGSU, 25mm or 32mm polycarbonate. UniRidge also works with our new clip-on wall flashing trim. We've also redesigned our variable ridge with new top flashing and cresting detail. It's now faster to install - no screwing-on just clip-to-fit - and capable of variable pitches up to 37O.

Valley Detail (Super 6)
Our new valley detail speeds up glazing and increases design flexibility - without increasing complexity. It features an enhanced glazing stop that eliminates glazing slip. The option to vary pitch by up to 15O within the same product simplifies design, reduces components and keeps installation simple. Other labour-saving features include positive engagement with the glazing stepper and a revised glazing plane to ensure correct positioning of glass. Increased cladding clearance also improves the thermal performance.
