glass is an efficient energy-saving glass manufactured by Pilkington
Glass. Furnace Extra ensures the heat inside your conservatory
is retained. On cold days it allows the sun’s rays to pass
through and warm the conservatory inside by reflecting it back
from the internal pane.To further improve the thermal efficiency
of the glass panels, air between the panes can be replaced with
argon gas. This dramatically increases the U value making the
the heat retention properties of glass panel comparable with
those of a 9” brick wall. In summer the glass performs
like normal glazing.
